Both. From Native Hawaiians to kamaʻāina (native-born) to residents to visitors, the information we share is for everyone. However, we believe island residents need to know about their home. Therefore, we offer a 50% Kamaʻāina discount.
Kūpuna are very important to us. We are working on adapting our general tours for the elderly, however, we are not there yet. Please check back in the near future for updates.
Both free and paid parking are available around Kapiʻolani Park. The large parking lot at the Honolulu Zoo is an easy location to find (yet pay for) a stall.
Yes. For each tour, the maximum is (20) guests and the minimum is (3) guests.
*In the occasion that the (3) guest minimum hasnt been reached, Now & Then Tours Hawaiʻi will cancel the tour. Guests will either receive a full refund, or they can reschedule to a future tour date.

There are many options available. TheBus has multiple routes throughout the day, Biki bike share system with nearby stations, and ride share options such as Uber or Lyft.
Yes, there is a public restroom along the path of the tour. However, multiple public restrooms are available around Kapiʻolani Park.
Granola bars and iced-cold water bottles will be available.
Full refunds are offered for cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled tour time. Cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled tours and/or "no-shows" will be charged full price.
*In the rare occasion that Now & Then Tours Hawaiʻi cancels a tour due to inclement weather, guests will receive a full refund.
